Do You Recognize this man?

The San Angelo Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is looking for a subject needed for questioning in the use of a stolen credit card.

During the dates of August 5-9 2012, this subject used a stolen credit card in the following cities:  Plano, San Angelo, Garland, and Richland.

He was in San Angelo on August 6th and 7th operating a white van, unknown license plate.

9/14/2012 - Aggravated Assault of Elderly Victim

Crime Stoppers and the San Angelo Police Department need your help in solving an Aggravated Assault that took place on a business parking lot in the 1300 block of Hughes Street.

 

On August 4th an elderly disabled Hispanic male was leaving the business when he was struck from behind and knocked unconscious.  Per witnesses the suspects continued to assault the victim while he was on the ground.  The victim suffered fractures to his nose, jaw and other facial bones and to this date is still suffering from his injuries.  The suspects possibly left in a tan Cadillac with large wheels.

CRIME OF THE WEEK – SAN ANGELO’S MOST WANTED

Crime Stoppers and the San Angelo Police Department are asking for your help in solving a Cold Case, the murder of Jordan Alexander Zapata Holden.


In July 2008, San Angelo Police were dispatched to “Shots Fired” at a residence on West Harris Avenue.  When police arrived, they found the 22 year old victim unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound.  Holden was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. 

The investigation revealed that Holden and three friends, including the homeowner, arrived at the residence and surprised armed intruders.  The homeowner struggled with one of the intruders and called for help.  Responding to his friend’s call for help, Holden entered the residence where he was met by gunfire.  The homeowner was also shot in the leg.

At the time, Jordan’s common law wife was 4 months pregnant with his son, who will never know his father.
